2. Product Disclaimer

All Vedika Organics products are food products manufactured and labelled in accordance with the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006 and the rules and regulations made thereunder. The manufacturer's FSSAI licence number, batch number, manufacturing date and best-before date are printed on each product label.

Our products are not drugs, medicines or substitutes for medical treatment. Statements about our products have not been evaluated under the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940 and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, are nursing, or are taking medication, please consult a qualified healthcare professional before adding any food product to your routine. Individual results may vary.

Because our oils are wood-pressed (kachi ghani) and minimally processed, you may observe natural variation in colour, aroma, sediment, viscosity and freezing point across batches and seasons. These variations are characteristic of unrefined, cold-pressed oils and are not defects.

Shudhkart Private Limited reserves the right to accept, refuse, limit quantities of, or cancel any order at its sole discretion — including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability. Where an order is cancelled by us after payment has been received, the amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method within the timelines specified in our Refund Policy.
