Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Same-Day Dispatch: Orders placed before 3:00 PM IST are packed and dispatched the exact same day.

  • Next-Day Dispatch: Orders placed after 3:00 PM IST will be prioritized and dispatched the following morning from 9:00 AM onwards.

  • Standard Processing: All orders are guaranteed to be dispatched within 24 hours, excluding national holidays.

Estimated Delivery Timelines

  • North India (Metro Cities): 2 to 3 business days.

  • South India & Non-Metro Cities: 5 to 7 business days.

  • International Orders: 15 to 21 days (2 to 3 weeks) for global delivery.

Shipping Rates

  • Free Shipping: We offer complimentary shipping on all orders above ₹599

  • Calculated Rates: For orders below the free shipping threshold, delivery costs are calculated dynamically at checkout based on the exact weight of your items and the distance to your destination.

Local Delivery & In-Store Pickup

  • Free Local Delivery: We provide free, direct delivery for all addresses within a 10-kilometer radius of our retail store in Churu, Rajasthan.

  • In-Store Pickup: You can secure your inventory online and select "Pickup" at checkout to collect your order directly from our Churu location at no extra charge.

Damages, Leaks & Replacements We take extreme care in packaging our glass-bottled extra virgin oils and lab-tested groceries. However, if an item sustains damage or leaks during transit:

  1. Take clear photographs of the damaged product and the exterior box.

  2. Share these photos with our support team via WhatsApp or email.

  3. We will immediately process a free replacement with zero hassle.
